By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that this is a ticketed promotional event involving travel between six participating establishments, including transportation provided in connection with the event, and may include the consumption of alcoholic beverages. I acknowledge that transportation, movement between venues, and alcohol consumption involve inherent risks that may result in personal injury, illness, death, or property damage. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks and agree to do so at my own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted under New York law, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizers, transportation providers, participating venues, sponsors, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Each ticket includes a $5 promotional credit redeemable toward food or beverages at participating locations during the event only. The promotional credit has no cash value, may not be combined or carried over, and is subject to each venue’s individual policies, availability, age restrictions, and New York State alcohol laws.
I acknowledge that I must be 21 years of age or older and present valid photo identification to receive alcoholic beverages. Alcohol consumption is voluntary, and I am solely responsible for my conduct, behavior, and compliance with all applicable laws. Event organizers, transportation providers, and participating establishments reserve the right to refuse service or transportation to any individual in accordance with New York State law.
Transportation between participating locations is provided as a convenience only. Participants are responsible for their behavior while being transported and while on venue premises. I acknowledge that I am responsible for arranging safe transportation before and after the event and agree not to operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
