About
Dan has proudly served as the Executive Chef at The Fort for the past 10 years, bringing passion, creativity, and leadership to every plate. His connection to Fort William Henry runs deep—he fondly remembers visiting as a child and still treasures the souvenir from his very first visit: a giant cigar with a Fort William Henry cigar band, which he jokingly says belongs in the museum with the other artifacts!
Now living out what he calls a dream come true, Dan takes great pride in mentoring what he believes is the best culinary team on all of Lake George. From the Banquet Staff to Lakeside and Beach Road operations, he considers his role both a joy and a blessing. Dan is grateful to be part of such a dedicated and talented team—and he’s looking forward to many more years of culinary excellence at The Fort.
Fun Fact
I have the unique ability to spin almost anything in the kitchen on my finger like a basketball (although I cannot do a basketball!).
