Having her own cleaning business for 28 years prior to the Fort William Henry has helped her gain great knowledge to succeed in the hotel industry. She enjoys her daily interactions with her team on a professional and friend level. During the hotel’s busy season, she occasionally starts the morning out with something fun to motivate everyone.
